Osteoporosis and Low Bone Mass
Low bone mass cause bones to become weak, fragile, and at
increased risk for fracture It’s important to be proactive in your
treatment approach to help maintain your lifestyle and stand tall
against this disease.
Our physicians are conducting a research study of the
investigational use of an approved medication for women who have
either osteoporosis or low bone mass. The study medication is given
once a year as a 15 minute infusion and may help increase bone
strength. All participants will receive active study
medication.
To qualify, women must be:
- 45-79 years old and postmenopausal
- Diagnosed with osteoporosis or low bone mass
- Not currently taking medication for osteoporosis or low bone
mass
All study related care is provides at no charge including
physical exams, lab services and study medication.
