Have you been diagnosed with high blood pressure (hypertension)?
The Rogosin Institute is conducting a clinical research study testing two FDA-approved drugs, aliskiren and extended-release metoprolol.
Patient Inclusion Criteria:
- Age 18 - 80 years
- Have been diagnosed with high blood pressure
- Have a usual blood pressure below 180/105 mm Hg
Patient Exclusion Criteria:
- Have diabetes, heart disease, or lung problems
- You are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant in the next six months
