Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Constipation
If you have IBS with constipation you may qualify for this research study of an investigational medication. Study participation lasts approximately 23 weeks and requires about 9 visits to the Longmont Clinic. This study provides all study related or required exams including physicals, colonoscopy if needed, laboratory tests and electrocardiograms; study medication; compensation of up to $810 for time and travel.
Patient Inclusion Criteria:
- Generally healthy
- IBS with Constipation (data will be collected regarding frequency, consistency, etc.)
- Less than 3 BMS per week
- Abdominal pain
