Is the Volcano Still Erupting?
Do you experience frequent heartburn that starts as a burning
feeling in your stomach and travels into your chest? If so, you may
have acid reflux, which can cause damage to the lining of your food
pipe, a condition called Erosive Esophagitis.
A research study is underway to compare an approved dose and an
investigational dose of a marketed medication. The study will
examine the relationship between controlling stomach acid and the
healing of erosions in the esophagus.
All study-related care is provided to those who take part,
including study-related physical exams, doctor visits, lab tests,
and study medication. Financial compensation for time and travel
expenses may also be provided.
