Summary: Research Study for those with mild Cystic Fibrosis

UVa Health System, seeks those with Cystic Fibrosis (CF) ages 5 years and older for research study called TIGER-1.

The purpose of the Tiger-1 study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of an investigational compound for mild CF lung disease. Study involves taking an investigational drug (or placebo) by nebulizer 3 times a day. Participants will have as many as 10 office visits and study procedures include lung function tests, chest x-rays, blood and urine tests, physical exams and questionnaires.
