Summary: Cystic Fibrosis and Pseudomonas aeruginosa Airway Infection - Adults

People with cystic fibrosis and Pseudomonas aeruginosa airway infection are asked to participate in a research study being conducted by Long Island Jewish Medical Center.

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

• Are at least 18 years of age
• Have confirmed diagnosis of cystic fibrosis
• Have evidence of respiratory tract infection

You may not participate in this study if you have:

• Any serious or active medical or psychiatric illness
• An allergy to any of the components of the study drug, Aztreonam Lysine for Inhalation
• Are currently participating in another research study
• Or, if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or intend to become pregnant during the study
