Summary: Bone Loss Prevention Study.

Are you at risk for bone loss? Diablo Clinical Research and Dr. Richard Weinstein are conducting a clinical study of a potential new treatment for the prevention of bone loss (osteopenia) in women.

Bone Loss Risk Factors include:

• Family history of osteoporosis
• History of non-traumatic fractures (wrist, rib, hip)
• Low body weight
• Postmenopausal
• Smoker

You may qualify for this study if you are:

• A postmenopausal woman with bone loss (osteopenia)
• Aged 45 or over

Qualified participants may receive at no cost:

• Bone density testing
• Spine X-rays
• Study medications
• Calcium & Vitamin D
• Physician evaluations
• Laboratory tests

You may be eligible for up to $275 for your time and travel.
