Center Overview
Research Across America is a group of independent, professional clinical research sites, located across the country to give you coast-to-coast clinical trial capabilities for Phase I CNS - Dallas (El Paso, TX), II, III. IIIb, IV, Rx-to-OTC, and Marketing studies.
Sites are located in Dallas, TX (headquarters), El Paso, TX, and Reading, PA and New York, NY.

Our staff of physician investigators, certified clinical research coordinators, internationally trained Medical Doctors, Registered Nurses, quality assurance professionals, marketing specialists and administrative personnel all have many years of experience conducting clinical trials in virtually all therapeutic areas.
Clinical Research Coordinators: We have ACP certified coordinators, as well as internationally trained M.D.s. They provide the highest quality patient care and research data through attention to detail and thorough medical knowledge.
Patient Demographics
Our professional marketing team is dedicated to fulfilling your enrollment goals as quickly as possible. Quality enrollment and patient retention is our commitment to you, so your study will be completed on time and that the data will be accurate and useful. All marketing and promotional materials are sponsor and IRB approved.
Trained phone screeners evaluate potential patients for initial suitability before their first appointment, saving time and money while increasing patient satisfaction.
Patient information kits give research patients all of the information they need about the study including their appointment calendar, diaries, informed consent form, list of allowed/disallowed medications, "Golden Rules of Research," and general information about the disease being treated in the study. This program improves patient retention, cooperation, and care. We generate a high percentage of referral patients this way, which reduces advertising costs.
Public relations campaigns including press releases, educational seminars and brochures generate press coverage of studies and promote enrollment. Our physicians are regularly featured on local television and radio news programs discussing treatment areas in their respective specialties.
Access to our vast patient database enables us to send direct mail pieces to prospective patients just as a study is about to start. Patients are listed according to ICD-9 codes for easy access, and have been proven reliable as study patients. We often treat several family members as patients in our studies.
Community education and involvement are priorities at Research Across America. Every fall, before the flu season hits, our medical staff goes out in the field to give flu shots at area businesses, schools, and group meetings. Educational brochures and flyers are produced in our office for distribution to patients, schools and community centers.
