Overview

The Sadick Research Group was founded by Dr. Neil Sadick in 1993. Since its inception, the Sadick Research Group has built a reputation as one of the world's leading research centers for Medical and Cosmetic Dermatology as well as Cosmetic Surgical procedures.

The Sadick Research Group has been involved in numerous studies designed for FDA approval of new treatments or devices. In many cases, Dr. Sadick worked closely with the FDA to assist in the approval process. 

Behind Dr. Sadick stands a team of highly motivated and skilled professionals. Our team members have clinical, scientific and data management expertise and interact closely with study subjects and investigators to efficiently move projects from planning stage through implementation to statistical analysis and reporting. The direct connection to dermatologic clinics enables a flexible and fluid integration of highly qualified physicians, PA and nurses at every phase of a study.

The Sadick Research Group runs approximately 15 to 20 studies per year. By conducting a select number of studies per year, we offer our clients exceptional customer service and encourage regular communication with our sponsors to ensure clinical superiority.

Facility

Sadick Research Group is located on Park Avenue in New York City, with convenient access to mass transit, major airports, and highways. We operate two other dermatologic offices in Manhattan, one on the Upper East Side  and the other in Union Square, which can be used for additional recruitment and specific research activities.

Our research facility is state-of-the-art and has the capabilities for standardized photography, biophysical devices for assessing skin hydration, transepidermal water loss, skin color, skin elasticity, dermal thickness and density as well as locked medication refrigerator/freezer, locked cabinets for drug and record storage. The facility has access to the AAAHC accredited dermatology office, certified labs, and a class C operating room.

Investigator

Neil Sadick, MD, FAAD, FAACS, FACP, FACPh is considered one of the world's leading dermatologists. He is an acknowledged innovator in the war against aging and a pioneer in aesthetic surgery and the science of beauty. Holding board certifications in Internal Medicine, Cosmetic Surgery, Dermatology, Phlebology, and Hair Transplant Surgery, Dr. Sadick is considered one of the most significant contributors to the field of dermatology in the past twenty-five years.

Dr. Sadick authors many articles for publication in prestigious peer-reviewed journals each year based on his research and clinical experience and lectures around the world at Dermatology and Cosmetic conferences. He also contributed to the development of products and technologies that have significantly altered the medical landscape includinginnovative IPLand laser devices, technologies for skin tightening and body contouring as well as new treatments for hair loss.

Georgina Ferzli, MD, MS is a leading, board-certified dermatologist in New York specializing in both cosmetic and general dermatology. Dr. Ferzli graduated from Georgetown University, where she also received her Master’s degree in Physiology and Biophysics. She completed her medical and dermatology training at the State University of New York at Downstate, where she graduated with honors and was selected to serve as Chief Resident in her final year. Dr. Ferzli then continued more refined training with a prestigious fellowship in Lasers and Cosmetic Dermatologic Surgery at the Laser & Skin Surgery Center of New York.

In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Ferzli is actively involved in clinical research in dermatology. Dr. Ferzli has authored several original articles about her research, including those published in journals such as the Journal of Drugs in Dermatology, Pediatric Dermatology, Cancer Research, Cutis, and the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology. At Sadick Dermatology she continues to stay on the forefront of dermatologic research, and lectures across the country on a diverse set of skin-related disorders.
