ADA Medical Ltd. is a Research Partnership Group consisting of a group of research professionals dedicated to the successful implementation and completion of clinical research projects for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries.

We specialize in trial management and support for hospital based as well as outpatient Phase II through Phase IV Clinical Trials. Our head office is located in the Durham region of Ontario, Canada.

We have sites located in Ajax, Chatham, Lindsay, Oshawa, Peterborough, Scarborough, and Windsor Ontario as well as Manitoba and Prince Edward Island. Each of our sites participates in multiple Clinical Trials in multiple therapeutic areas.

We are currently in communication with many additional centers requesting to join our group.

Each site has qualified and trained physicians and full time nurse coordinators. ADA Medical sites have all the resources required to conduct each Clinical Trial. Our Investigators and Coordinators participate in training programs in accordance with ICH/GCP Guidelines as well as our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

ADA Medical has a large database of physicians and nurses which allows us to identify and develop new research sites for our clients. We are growing rapidly and we are expanding our sites to new regions across Canada.

Our team has participated in over 150 clinical research trials with numerous sponsoring companies.

ADA Medical provides leadership and management expertise to each of our sites ensuring accurate and clean data for each Clinical Trial. Our policies, procedures and quality assurance programs ensure that Sponsors receive accurate and timely clinical data.

ADA Medical is a highly efficient structure that allows us to respond quickly to our Sponsors needs. Our centralized management allows for rapid trial start up and utilization of best practices amongst our sites.

ADA Medical provides Clinical Research Standard Operating procedures and training in ICH/GCP guidelines for our investigators and coordinators as well as ongoing continuing education.

As a Research Partnership Group, ADA Medical Ltd:

• Creates a team approach for interaction with our subjects, sponsors and clinical research personnel.
• Works with each sponsoring organization to understand and implement trial specific needs.
• Creates partnerships with trained physicians in multiple therapeutic areas.
• Provides administrative support for regulatory and study specific documentation.
• Supplies trained research nurse coordinators.
• Develops and implements standard and individualized training programs for investigators and coordinators specific to their learning needs.
• Assists with subject recruitment and retention strategies.
• Provides centralized budget and agreement negotiations as well as centralized Ethics/IRB submissions.

ADA was founded by three specialists: A. Ali, MD, E. Dessouki, MD, and F. Abuzgaya, MD.

Drs. Ali, Dessouki and Abuzgaya have a combined clinical research and administrative experience over sixty years.

Our offices include two Orthopaedic Surgeon which sees over 1000 new patients a year. In addition a second office at ten minutes from our head office which sees over 800 patients a year.
