Infinity Medical Research, Inc. is a dedicated clinical research center. Infinity Medical Research was started in 2004. Since it's inception, we have participated in a number of clinical trials. The company is owned by Curtis J. Mello, MD, MPH and Elizabeth Donaghey, RNP. Between them, they have participated in over 90 clinical trials. Infinity Medical Research has an established referral network that includes over 40 physicians, representing all aspects of medicine.

Many of the physicians have active, academic appointments at medical schools in the northeast.

Infinity Medical Research is dedicated to conducting clinical research in a high quality and ethical manner. Infinity Medical Research prides itself on the performance of its physicians and clinical research coordinators.

Our Medical Director and Director of Clinical Operations have over 25 years of combined research experience. Dr. mello is board certified in internal medicine, pulmonary medicine and critical care. His research experience spans all therapeutic areas including: cardiovascular medicine, pulmonary diseases, musculoskeletal disease, oncology, obesity, infectious disease, gastroenterology and endocrinology.
Elizabeth Donaghey is a clinical specialist and board certified by the ANCC in internal medicine. Her research experiences include all major therapeutic areas. She has an extensive background in cardiovascular research.

Infinity Medical Research is an outpatient center. We have a very close working relationship with a free standing sleep center. Infinity Medical Research is located 10 minutes east of Providence, RI and 45 minutes south of Boston, MA. It is situated 1 minute off Interstate 195 with easy on-off access.

IMR has a complete cardiopulmonary exercise lab, complete pulmonary function laboratory, electrocardiography, echocardiography, DEXA and holter monitoring. An XRAY facility is located within our building as well.
