Center Overview
Health Awareness, Inc., founded in 1999 by Dr. Ronald Surowitz, co-exists with a Family Practice Office in Jupiter, Florida. Our experienced staff includes a PI, 2 Sub-I's, 2 CRC’s, a dedicated recruiter and a site director. We have established lasting relationships with local specialists and medical facilities to coordinate almost any type of clinical trial. Our staff is committed to offering the highest quality and integrity in clinical trials in accordance with good clinical practice. We have repeatedly exceeded recruitment goals and continue to maintain relationships with all of the companies we have worked with. We would welcome a visit to our newly built 4,300 square foot medical facility.

Facility Description
Located one mile from Jupiter Medical Center, our outpatient facility operates in a 4,300 square foot building. Health Awareness is 20 miles from Palm Beach International Airport and only 3 miles from I-95. We have 3 dedicated exam rooms, 2 coordinator offices, 2 drug storage rooms, dedicated monitor space and will soon have a conference room.

Take Indiantown Road East, Exit 87A. Approximately 3 miles East on Indiantown Road, passing Military Trail, make a U-turn at Loxahatchee, then the 1st right into our Parking Lot. Keep in mind that we co-exist with Family Practice Associates.
From US-1
Take Indiantown Road West. Pass A1A and the Railroad tracks. After the next light, which is Loxahatchee, make the 1st right turn into our Parking lot.
From Military Trail
Go Right onto Indiantown Road. At the next light, which is Loxahatchee, make a U-turn, then the 1st right into our Parking lot.
