with an active adult and pediatric unit. The corporate office is
located in Cypress which also houses a large bed capacity unit. We
specialize in allergy, asthma, hypertension, diabetes, cholesterol,
dermatology, COPD, upper respiratory studies, pediatric and
influenza studies. WCCT has a dedicated 120 bed Phase I overnight
facility adjacent to the outpatient clinical trials unit in
Cypress. Our specialties lie in not only performing healthy
volunteer studies, but special population studies including
renal-impaired, post-menopausal, elderly, QTC studies,
bioavailability/bioequivalence studies, sleep (PSE) studies, and
ethnicity studies(Hispanic, African-American) including
Japanese-bridging studies.
With a strong emphasis on quality, integrity and patient care,
WCCT strives to uphold its high standards of conducting quality
research while maintaining its high level of care for patients.
Over the last 8 years, WCCT has conducted hundreds of clinical
studies involving thousands of patients for nationally and
internationally recognized pharmaceutical companies. Our focus and
mission is to continue to provide excellent customer service to our
sponsors as well as to our patients and to be the center of
excellence for bridging medical research into new therapies that
benefit patients.

Clinical Research Experience
We have participated in a broad range of phase I studies
including not only healthy volunteer studies but special population
studies as well. We have performed over 60 phase I trials in the
last 3 years and phase II-IV studies. Dr. Kenneth T. Kim, CEO of
West Coast Clinical Trials, LLC, is also a nationally recognized
researcher in asthma, allergic rhinitis and latex allergy. WCCT has
become a valued site of numerous pharmaceutical companies and
CROs.
We differentiate ourselves from other Phase I CROs by developing
excellent working relationships and communication channels with our
sponsors and working closely with them to meet their needs. Because
we are a small company, we are agile in working efficiently and
quickly without sacrificing quality. Our geographical location
provides access to special patient populations and healthy
volunteers. WCCT staff is dedicated to providing excellent customer
service to our sponsors as well as to our patients. WCCT strives to
be the center of excellence for bridging medical research into new
therapies that benefit patients.
