GRAPPA, ePharmaSolutions partner on clinical education
The Group for Research and Assessment of Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis (GRAPPA) and ePharmaSolutions, a clinical services and eClinical solutions provider, have partnered to build and deliver online learning courses to clinicians working in psoriasis (PsO) and psoriatic arthritis (PsA) R&D.
Via the ePharmaSolutions eClinical platform, GRAPPA is able to offer training designed to standardize the use of rating scales for PsO and PsA, improving endpoint reliability in research trials in a cost-effective manner.
Kristina Callis Duffin, M.D., assistant professor of dermatology at the University of Utah, GRAPPA board member and leader of the initiative, said, "With growing interest from regulators about training of psoriasis assessments, standardizing the approach to their use and training clinicians about them is vital to clinical research success."
