Effect of Vitamin D Supplementation on Chemotherapy Side Effects After Adjuvant Chemotherapy for Breast Cancer
This is a parallel group, open-label randomized controlled trial to investigate the occurrence of side effects of vitamin D supplementation (VD) in adjuvant chemotherapy in patients with breast cancer. Both groups will receive standard adjuvant chemotherapy on day 1 and each subsequent cycle. In addition, vitamin D2 will be given randomly to both groups. Blood samples and imaging results were collected and analyzed before initiation of adjuvant chemotherapy and after every two cycles. The primary outcome to be documented was associated grade III or higher adverse events during adjuvant chemotherapy. Primary and secondary study findings and adverse events will be thoroughly evaluated.

Effect of Vitamin D Supplementation on the Efficacy and Adverse Effects of Neoadjuvant Therapy in Patients with Breast Cancer
This is a parallel-group, open-label randomized controlled trial designed to investigate the effects of supplemental vitamin D (VD) on the outcomes and side effects of neoadjuvant therapy in patients with breast cancer. Both groups will receive standard neoadjuvant therapy on day 1 and for each subsequent cycle. Additionally, vitamin D2 will be randomly administered to both groups.Blood samples and imaging results will be collected and analyzed prior to the initiation of neoadjuvant therapy and after every two cycles. Key outcomes to be recorded include the pathological complete response rate (pCR), objective response rate (ORR), disease control rate (DCR), and grade III or higher adverse effects related to neoadjuvant therapy. The primary and secondary study findings, along with adverse events, will be thoroughly evaluated.

Survival With Olanzapine in Patients With Locally Advanced or Metastatic Upper Gastrointestinal and Lung Cancer
This study is a prospective, randomized, multicenter, open-label clinical trial to evaluate the effect of olanzapine on survival in patients with locally advanced, unresectable, or metastatic gastric, esophageal, hepato-pancreaticobiliary, and lung cancer. Patients who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria will be formally enrolled after screening and signing an informed consent form. Eligible patients will be dynamically randomized in a 1:1 ratio to either the Olanzapine + Nutritional advice + Standard anti-tumor treatment group (ONS group) or the Nutritional advice + Standard anti-tumor treatment group (NS group). The ONS group will receive olanzapine treatment orally until disease progression. Survival outcomes, including median PFS, OS, and ORR, will be monitored during treatment through follow-up assessments. In addition, baseline and post-treatment weight data will be collected to assess the incidence of weight loss and changes in body mass index (BMI) among patients. Researchers will collect survey questionnaires and conduct blood analyses to evaluate improvements in other symptoms associated with olanzapine and changes in quality of life and inflammatory markers. Primary and secondary study outcomes and adverse events will be assessed.

Electroacupuncture for the Prevention of Chemotherapy-induced Nausea and Vomiting in Patients With Breast Cancer
This study is a parallel-group, blinded (participants, evaluators, and statisticians), randomized controlled trial exploring the effectiveness of electroacupuncture combined with standard quadruple antiemetic drugs for breast cancer patients undergoing HEC. Both groups will receive Olanzapine, Neurokinin-1 receptor antagonists (NK-1RAs), serotonin receptor antagonists [5HT3RA], and dexamethasone at the start of HEC on Day 1. Electroacupuncture or sham acupuncture will be randomly administered to each group. Participants will document all instances of nausea and vomiting and note the use of rescue antiemetic medications. Blood samples will be collected and analyzed to investigate whether genetic polymorphisms can predict electroacupuncture outcomes in breast cancer patients undergoing HEC. Primary and secondary outcomes as well as adverse events will be assessed.

Head Position After Endovascular Therapy
The optimal head position for patients with acute ischemic stroke (AIS) remains uncertain. The HeadPoS study revealed that there is no significant difference in disability outcomes between patients who are placed in a lying-flat position for 24 hours and those who are placed in a sitting-up position with the head elevated to at least 30 degrees for 24 hours. However, this study included both patients with ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes, and most of the patients had mild strokes (median National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score of 4). It is unclear how to arrange the patient's head position after endovascular treatment. The hypothesis of this trial: Compared with the lying flat head positioni, the head elevation position after endovascular treatment can significantly improve the 90-day functional outcome of acute large vessel occlusion in the anterior circulation.

A Study of Camizestrant in ER+/HER2- Early Breast Cancer After at Least 2 Years of Standard Adjuvant Endocrine Therapy
This is a Phase III open-label study to assess if camizestrant improves outcomes compared to standard endocrine therapy in patients with ER+/HER2 - early breast cancer who completed definitive locoregional therapy (with or without chemotherapy) and standard adjuvant endocrine therapy (ET) for at least 2 years and up to 5 years. The planned duration of treatment in either arm of the study is 60 months. The eligible patients must have intermediate or high risk of recurrence, as defined by specified clinical and biologic criteria. Prior use of CDK4/6 inhibitors is permitted. The primary endpoint of the study is Invasive breast cancer-free survival (IBCFS) and main secondary endpoints include Invasive disease-free survival (IDFS), Distant relapse-free survival (DRFS), Overall survival (OS), Safety and Clinical Outcome Assessments (COAs). Patients will be followed for 10 years from randomization of the last patient.

COVID-19 Associated With Psoriasis
