Oxygen Therapy Remote Monitoring in COPD Patients.
The observational study consists in collecting physiological data (cardiorespiratory and physical activity) and use of the oxygen therapy device in real life during the first months after the initiation of treatment. For this purpose, two connected medical devices will be provided to each patient during 2 periods of 2 weeks (weeks 6 to 8 then weeks 12 to 14 after the initiation of oxygen therapy). The devices are: 1/ a connected watch that continuously measures vital parameters (heart rate and blood oxygen saturation), and physical activity parameters (no. of steps, distance, duration of effort), and 2/ a Teleox device that remotely monitors patients equipped with an oxygen source (it measures the oxygen flow rate requested by the patient, the duration of use of the oxygen source, and the breathing rate). Study design: a cohort of 250 patients with COPD newly initiated a long term oxygen therapy will be enrolled in the study and follow-up over 6 months. Data will be collected by lung specialists and home health care provider teams at 2 months, 3.5 months and 6 months post-initiation of oxygen therapy.

Safety and Efficacy Evaluation of Orbital Atherectomy System in de Novo Calcified Lesions
Treatment of calcified lesions, caused in 6 to 20% of patients, remains a challenge. Presence of coronary calcifications complicates stent placement resulting in up to 50% malapposition or under-expansion of the stent and is associated with a higher frequency of major adverse cardiac events (MACE). In order to reduce these risks, preparation of these lesions before the implantation of a coronary stent is essential. The arrival on the European market of a new Orbital atherectomy system leads to consider its use in the preparation of such lesions. The orbital atherectomy system uses a diamond-coated eccentric crown that abrades calcified plaque and develops pulsatile forces on the wall. It reduces calcified plaque and modifies plaque with fractures, facilitating stent placement and allowing for optimal stent expansion. ORBIT I and ORBIT II clinical trials were conducted in the United States to evaluate the safety of using the Orbital Atherectomy System in de novo calcified coronary lesions in adults. These 2 trials demonstrated that orbital atherectomy not only facilitated stenting, but also improved clinical outcomes compared to historical outcomes. The recent obtaining of CE marking allows the use of this very promising medical device in France.

PICO Venous Leg Ulcers (VLU) Reimbursement Study
This is a national, multicentre, pragmatic, randomized, controlled superiority study in which PICO treatment with compression therapy will be compared against Standard of Care (i.e. traditional wound dressings with compression therapy). There will be two parallel treatment arms with a 1:1 allocation ratio and a stratification on wound duration and size. There will be an additional blind assessment for the primary outcome measure. Approximately 37 investigational sites located in France will be enrolled. At each site, a community-based practitioner (general practitioner or specialist) will be enrolled as Principal Investigator (PI). District nurses will be responsible for providing wound care in homecare setting. Duly informed and eligible patients will complete an inclusion visit after which they will enter in a 2-week run-in period in which subjects will be treated with standard of care. After these 2 weeks of run-in, eligibility to randomization will be assessed using pre-specified criteria listed in the protocol, that aim to confirm that the wound does not respond to an adequately conducted standard of care in a satisfactory manner, including subject compliance with compression therapy. Upon randomization, baseline data will be collected, and each subject will be followed-up by the PI for 12 weeks. The PI will conduct 3 visits, i.e., at Week 4 (D28±3 days), Week 8 (D56±3 days), and Week 12 (D84±3 days). Relevant study data will be collected at these visits. In the event wound healing is observed during the 12-week follow-up period of the study either by the PI or by the home care nurse, a Wound Healing Confirmation Visit needs to be conducted with the PI 2 weeks later (±3 days) to confirm that the wound is still healed. Only wounds still healed at the wound healing confirmation visit will be counted as "healed" in the primary endpoint analysis. This means that for wounds that are not healed by Week 12, the visit with the PI at Week 12 will be the final study visit for the subject. Following, because a Wound Healing Confirmation Visit needs to be conducted 2 weeks (±3 days) following the initial observation of wound healing, which can occur at any time throughout the 12 week follow-up period, the Wound Healing Confirmation Visit can occur at any time as well, but at the latest 2 weeks (±3 days) following the visit at Week 12, i.e. at week 14±3 days. In between study visits with the PI, patients are cared for at home by their home care nurse who will also be trained on the study. The study nurse will be collecting study related data as well using a secure mobile application.

Asciminib Prospective Non Interventional Study as 3rd Line Therapy or More to Treat Adult Patients With CML- CP in Real World Setting in France
The ASSURE-3 study is a national, multicentric, non-interventional, prospective study in real-life conditions with primary data collection in adult patients with Philadelphia chromosome-positive chronic myeloid leukemia in chronic phase (Ph+ CML-CP) previously treated with two or more Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitors (TKIs). It will be conducted in France with hematologists, onco-hematologists, physicians with documented involvement in managing Ph+ CML-CP patients in routine practice, practicing in public or private health care institutions. Each patient will be followed during 15 months at M0, M1 and then every 3 months (rhythm of visits according to the routine clinical care), or until premature discontinuation of asciminib treatment. Historical data will be abstracted retrospectively by the participating physicians from patient files, to collect information using an electronic case report form (eCRF). Primary data will be collected during inclusion and follow-up visits
