  • Study of Dato-DXd Plus Pembrolizumab vs Pembrolizumab Alone in the First-line Treatment of Subjects With Advanced or Metastatic NSCLC Without Actionable Genomic Alterations

The primary objective of the study is to compare the efficacy of Dato-DXd and pembrolizumab with pembrolizumab alone in terms of either Progression Free Survival (PFS) by BICR or Overall Survival (OS) for participants with advanced or metastatic NSCLC with non-squamous histology without actionable genomic alterations whose tumor has high programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) expression (tumor proportion score; TPS ≥50%) and who have not previously received systemic therapy for advanced or metastatic NSCLC. Eligible participants will be randomized in a 1:1 ratio to the control arm (pembrolizumab alone) or the experimental arm (Dato-DXd and pembrolizumab). The study will be divided into 4 periods: Tissue Screening Period, Screening Period, Treatment Period, and Follow-up Period.

  • TruGraf® Long-term Clinical Outcomes Study

Several studies have validated TruGraf® in stable renal transplant patients to rule out subclinical acute rejection. These studies generally evaluated the diagnostic value of TruGraf® at single timepoints. Thus the value of serial monitoring and changes over time has not been previously investigated. In addition, no study has assessed TruGraf® and TRAC™in a serial and longitudinal fashion. Therefore the aim of this study is to evaluate the impact of serial monitoring renal transplant patients with both TruGraf® and TRAC™ on long term outcomes.

  • Efficacy and Safety of M281 in Adults With Warm Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia

The study consists of a 24-week double-blind, placebo control period, a 144-week open-label extension period and follow-up period of 8 weeks after last study drug administration. Eligible participants will be randomized to placebo or nipocalimab (2 dose levels) during the double-blind period and nipocalimab (2 dose levels) during the open-label extension period.

  • Specimen Collection from Patients with Non-Hematologic Cancer for Use in Development of a Liquid Biopsy Assay

This is a non-significant risk multicenter, longitudinal specimen collection study. At the Baseline Visit, whole blood will be collected to be paired with either a previously collected tumor biopsy tissue sample or a prospectively collected tumor tissue sample. Whole blood samples will also be collected longitudinally at Interim visits for up to 5 years. Interim visits will be on a schedule dictated by their physician's standard-of-care management protocol. No more than 100mL of blood will be collected per month. Tumor tissue from recurrences will be collected for the duration of subject participation (after the Baseline Visit).

  • Datopotamab Deruxtecan (Dato-DXd) and Pembrolizumab With or Without Platinum Chemotherapy in 1L Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (TROPION-Lung07)

The primary objectives of the study are Progression Free Survival (PFS) and Overall Survival (OS) as first line therapy in participants with programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) TPS <50% and advanced or metastatic NSCLC without actionable genomic alternations. Eligible participants will be randomized in a 1:1:1 ratio to a) Dato-DXd plus pembrolizumab plus platinum; b) Dato-DXd plus pembrolizumab; or c) pembrolizumab plus pemetrexed plus platinum. Platinum therapy will be either carboplatin or cisplatin at investigator discretion. The study will be divided into three periods: Screening Period (including tissue screening), Treatment Period, and Follow-up Period.

  • Study of the Bria-IMT Regimen and CPI vs Physicians' Choice in Advanced Metastatic Breast Cancer.

This is a multicenter randomized, open label study to evaluate overall survival with the Bria-IMT regimen in combination with Checkpoint Inhibitor [Retifanlimab], versus Treatment of Patients'/Physicians' Choice (TPC) in advanced metastatic or locally recurrent breast cancer (aMBC) patients with no approved alternative therapies available. A secondary objective will be to evaluate the activity of the Bria-IMT regimen alone in comparison with the Bria-IMT regimen in combination with CPI. Initial randomization will be 1:1:1 to the Bria-IMT regimen + CPI (combination therapy), TPC, and the Bria-IMT regimen alone (monotherapy). After the first 150 patients have enrolled in the study, the monotherapy arm will be discontinued and patients allowed to cross over to the combination therapy if needed. Randomization will continue 1:1 between the combination therapy vs TPC. For the Bria regimen +/- CPI arms, treatment cycles occur every 3 weeks. TPC cycle details will be according to the site's SOC. In the absence of progressive disease or major safety issues, the patient will continue with therapy cycles, with imaging assessment every 6 weeks x2 then every 8 weeks thereafter. The Bria-IMT regimen includes: Day -2 or -3 Cyclophosphamide 300mg/m2 Day 0 SV-BR-1-GM given intradermally divided into 4 inoculations Day 1-3 CPI infusion plus interferon intra-dermally within each Bria-IMT inoculation site
