Clinical Study of Antibody-Drug Conjugate MYTX-011 in Subjects With Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer
The study will be conducted in 2 parts. Part 1 will assess the safety and tolerability of MYTX-011 and identify the dose to be studied in Part 2. Part 2 will include subjects with NSCLC with cMET overexpression or MET amplification/exon 14 skipping mutations, populations with a current unmet medical need.

Atrial Sensing Capability for Better Detection of Atrial Fibrillation
Implantable cardioverter defibrillators(ICD) therapy has been shown to reduce sudden cardiac death and improve survival in cardiac arrest survivors as well as in heart failure patients with left ventricular dysfunction. Atrial fibrillation (AF) is commonly found in ICD implantation patients up to 50%. AF is an independent predictor of mortality, inappropriate shock, and embolic events. Therefore, early detection of AF in patients with ICD is essential for improving the quality of life and overall prognosis of the patients. Conventional ICDs consist of a single chamber (SC) ICD with a lead only in the right ventricle (RV) and dual chamber (DC) ICD with each lead in the right atrium (RA) and RV. SC ICD has the advantage of shorter procedure time, lower cost compared to DC ICD. In contrast, DC ICD has the advantage of being able to monitor atrial arrhythmic events, but complication rates were higher and additional cost and longer procedure time are usually required than SC ICD. Sixty percent of ICD implantation patients who have are SC ICD Recently, a unique ICD lead with atrial sensing ring capable of monitoring the atrial electrical signals has been developed [Intica 7 VR-T DX ICD (Biotronik., Germany)]. Therefore, turning off the atrial sensing function makes it functionally the same as SC ICD whereas turning on makes it function similar to DC ICD without additional cost and procedure time. Therefore, Detection of AF could be made earlier with VDD ICD versus conventional SC ICD without atrial sensing capability, providing a better chance to improve the prognosis of ICD patients. However, no study exists which shows whether VDD ICD is better for detecting atrial tachyarrhythmia than conventional SC ICD. Therefore, we designed a multicenter prospective randomized study comparing the AF diagnostic efficacy of VDD ICD (with atrial sensing 'ON') against conventional SC ICD. As the second phase, we also plan to compare inappropriate therapy rate according to atrial sensing status of VDD ICD.

A Multi-center, Single-arm, Open, Phase I/IIa Clinical Trial to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of EBViNT Cell (EBV Specific Autologous CD8+ T Cell) in Patients With Treatment Failed Epstein Barr Virus (EBV)-Positive Malignancies
The present study is a multi-center, single-arm, open, phase I/IIa clinical trial to evaluate the efficacy and safety of EBViNT Cell when administered to patients with Epstein-Barr (EBV) positive tumors After proving the safety through Part 1 and part 2, the efficacy and safety would be studied through part 3~5. - If CTCAE grade 3 or higher adverse drug events (ADR) do not occur in the three subjects: Begin enrollment for phase IIa - If a CTCAE grade 3 or higher ADR occurs in one of the three subjects: Enroll three more subjects (up to six subjects in total) and assess whether any CTCAE grade 3 or higher ADR occurs - If a CTCAE grade 3 or higher ADR does not occur in the three additional subjects (1/6): Begin enrollment for phase IIa - If a CTCAE grade 3 or higher ADR occurs in at least one of the three additional subjects (more than 2/6): Begin enrollment for phase IIa at 7.0x10^8 cells, the maximum dose from phase I - If a CTCAE grade 3 or higher ADR occurs in two of the three subjects: Begin enrollment for phase IIa at 7.0x10^8 cells, the maximum dose from phase I Subjects participating in the present study will undergo 1) an EBV epitope screening test followed by 2) an eligibility assessment for clinical trial enrollment. Subjects who are administered with the investigational product will be monitored until progressive disease (PD) is confirmed or for 24 weeks (main observation period of 4 weeks + monitoring for 20 weeks) to evaluate the product's safety and efficacy, and will undergo immunological assessment. Radiological tests for tumor assessment will be conducted at the enrollment visit, 4 weeks, 8 weeks, 16 weeks, and 24 weeks and assessed by the Independent Radiology Review Committee (IRRC) using the Lugano criteria. To eliminate pseudo-progression, progressive disease (PD) will be determined by considering immunological tests, a quantitative EBV DNA assay, and intermediate response (IR) under LYRIC. Biopsies may be performed to achieve this.

A Study of Evorpacept (ALX148) in Patients with Advanced HER2+ Gastric Cancer (ASPEN-06)
This is a randomized phase 2 (open-label) / 3 (double-blind), international, multi-center study of patients with metastatic HER2-overexpressing gastric/GEJ adenocarcinoma that has progressed on or after prior HER2-directed therapy and fluoropyrimidine- or platinum-containing chemotherapy and are suitable for chemotherapy (2nd-line or 3rd-line). Approximately 450 adult patients are expected to be enrolled in the study across both phases.

JNJ-90301900 (NBTXR3) Activated by Radiotherapy With or Without Cetuximab in LA-HNSCC
Participants will undergo a screening assessment over a period of less than or equal to (<=) 28 days to determine eligibility. Eligible participants will be treated by the Investigator's choice of RT alone or RT in combination with cetuximab. Following the Investigator's choice, participants will be randomized in a 1:1 ratio: - Arm A: JNJ-90301900 (NBTXR3), as an intratumoral/intranodal injection, activated by investigator's choice of RT alone or RT in combination with cetuximab - Arm B: Investigator's choice of RT alone or RT in combination with cetuximab All participants (Arm A and Arm B) will receive 70 Gy in 35 fractions over a 7 week period. An EOT visit will be performed 4 weeks after the completion of RT. Follow-up visits will start at 12 weeks post-RT completion, and will continue every 12 weeks for 2 years, and then every 24 weeks thereafter until death; the participant is determined to be lost to follow up; withdrawal of consent; or the end of the study, whichever occurs first. Participants who have received further anti-cancer therapy for the study disease and/or have had disease progression/recurrence will be followed only for survival information

Rescues On Reperfusion Damage In Cerebral Infarction by Nelonemdaz
Neu2000 was designed as a multi-target neuroprotectant preventing both the NMDA receptor, a Ca2+ -permeable glutamate receptor, and free radicals, two major routes of brain cell death in stroke. Neu2000 is a moderate NR2B-selective NMDA receptor antagonist and spin trapping molecule (=free radical scavenger or antioxidant). Therapeutic potential of Neu2000 has been well demonstrated in four animal models of stroke with better efficacy and therapeutic time windows than either NMDA receptor antagonist or anti-oxidant advanced to clinical trials. In human phase I studies of 165 healthy subjects conducted in the United States and China, Neu2000KWL showed promising safety profiles without any serious adverse events up to a single intravenous infusion of 6000 mg that is far beyond the therapeutic target dose determined in animal models of transient ischemic stroke. Very recently, acute endovascular recanalization therapy has been introduced as the new standard care of care in acute ischemic stroke. The present study is aimed to examine efficacy and safety of Neu2000KWL in acute ischemic stroke patients receiving endovascular thrombectomy within 12 hours of stroke onset. This is a randomized trial, with placebo comparison, of comparing functional outcome at week 12 after 10 times of administration for five days.
