PROVIDENCE - Prospective Non-interventional Study (NIS) to Examine Patient-reported Outcomes and Real-world Clinical Data in Patients With HER2-positive or HER2-low Unresectable or Metastatic Breast Cancer Treated With Trastuzumab Deruxtecan
Eligible participants will be those patients with documented HER2-positive unresectable or metastatic BC receiving T-DXd treatment or patients with documented HER2-low unresectable or metastatic BC receiving T DXd treatment in line with the applicable summary of product characteristics (SmPC) within routine clinical practice. All diagnostic and treatment procedures including visit frequency are at the discretion of the treating physician and not defined by the protocol. T-DXd treatment is considered as a selection criteria. Patients will be informed about use of digital healthcare application (DiGA). Approximately 800 eligible participants will be enrolled which includes 400 patients in the HER2-positive cohort and 400 patients in the HER2-low cohort.

Mirvetuximab Soravtansine With Bevacizumab Versus Bevacizumab as Maintenance in Platinum-sensitive Ovarian, Fallopian Tube, or Peritoneal Cancer
Mirvetuximab Soravtansine (MIRV) is an investigational antibody drug conjugate designed to selectively kill cancer cells. The antibody (protein) part of MIRV targets tumors by delivering a cell-killing drug to the tumor cells carrying a tumor-associated protein called folate receptor alpha (FRα). It is being developed as maintenance therapy for the treatment of subjects with recurrent platinum-sensitive, highgrade epithelial ovarian, primary peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancers with high folate receptor-alpha expression. Patients must have confirmation of FRα positivity by the Ventana FOLR1 Assay.

Interfant-21 Treatment Protocol for Infants Under 1 Year with KMT2A-rearranged ALL or Mixed Phenotype Acute Leukemia
All infants that are eligible for this study and for whom the parents/legal representatives give informed consent will be enrolled in this study. All patients will receive one cycle of blinatumomab on top of the standard treatment backbone after induction therapy. Medium risk patients, that respond well to the 1st cycle will be treated with a 2nd cycle of blinatumomab replacing one chemo course after consolidation therapy. If they do not respond well enough they will be treated according to the current treatment standard. Minimal residual disease will be used to determine the response to blinatumomab. High risk patients will be eligible for allogeneic stem cell transplantation after the first blinatumomab cycle if they are Minimal Residual Disease (MRD) negative (defined as < 0.01%). Also medium risk patients with insufficient MRD response after induction or after the 1st cycle of blinatumomab will be allocated to high risk treatment and will be eligible for allogeneic stem cell transplantation.

Post Market Clinical Follow-up of CODMAN CERTAS Programmable Valve
The CODMAN CERTAS Plus Programmable Valve is a single use implantable device designed for shunting cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) for the treatment of hydrocephalus. The valve can be set to 8 different performance settings for intraventricular pressure and drainage of CSF. The performance setting of the valve can be set preoperatively and can also be noninvasively changed post-implantation. This clinical investigation will maintain data for each patient from the date of implant through 3 years post-implantation. Data collection for each patient will occur per standard of care. However, the clinical investigation specifically aims to collect and analyze data from the day of procedure, and post-operatively at 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, 24 months, and 36 months. Data from follow-up visits will be analyzed according to pre-defined time-intervals referring to these follow-up moments.

Niraparib vs Niraparib Plus Bevacizumab in Patients With Platinum/Taxane-based Chemotherapy in Advanced Ovarian Cancer
Eligible patients will be those patients with newly diagnosed, histologically confirmed, advanced (FIGO stage III/IV, except FIGO stage IIIA2 without nodal involvement) invasive high grade epithelial ovarian cancer, peritoneal cancer, or fallopian tube cancer, who have either undergone upfront primary surgery or plan to undergo chemotherapy with interval debulking surgery (IDS). In addition, patients should not have any medical contraindications that would exclude treatment with bevacizumab and/or niraparib. All eligible patients will receive the first cycle of chemotherapy (carboplatin area under curve [AUC] 5 and paclitaxel 175 mg/m²) as part of Study Run-In-Period (cycle 1). In parallel, central laboratory will determine the breast cancer (BRCA) status in tumor tissue (tBRCA). All patients with a valid central tBRCA test result will be randomized prior to day 1 of cycle 2 in a 1:1 ratio in the following treatment arms: Arm 1: Patients will receive further 5 cycles of carboplatin and paclitaxel q21d followed by niraparib once daily for up to a total of 3 years Arm 2: Patients will receive further 5 cycles of carboplatin and paclitaxel plus bevacizumab q21d followed by bevacizumab q21d (for up to 1 year) and niraparib once daily for up to a total of 3 years. The study aims to investigate, if the treatment strategy of carboplatin / paclitaxel / bevacizumab / niraparib is superior to the treatment of carboplatin / paclitaxel / niraparib-Inhibitor in an all-comer population.
