DEFIANCE: RCT of ClotTriever System Versus Anticoagulation In Deep Vein Thrombosis
The study will compare the clinical outcomes of patients treated with an interventional strategy using the ClotTriever System to achieve and maintain vessel patency (ClotTriever Intervention Arm) versus conservative medical management using anticoagulation therapy alone (Conservative Medical Management Arm) in the treatment of symptomatic unilateral iliofemoral DVT. Up to 300 subjects will be enrolled and randomized. All subjects who sign informed consent and who meet all of the inclusion criteria and none of the exclusion criteria will be randomized (1:1, ClotTriever Intervention Arm or Conservative Medical Management Arm).

Pulsed Field Ablation (PFA) Vs Anti-Arrhythmic Drug (AAD) Therapy As a First Line Treatment for Persistent Atrial Fibrillation
This is a prospective, randomized, multi-center, global, pivotal Investigational device exemption (IDE) study. Subjects with persistent atrial fibrillation will be randomized or assigned to either pulsed field ablation (PFA) or Versus Anti-Arrhythmic Drug (AAD) treatment. Once randomization is complete, additional subjects will be enrolled and sequentially assigned to receive PFA treatment to fulfill the number of subjects required for the Primary Safety Endpoint assessment. These additional subjects are referred to as PFA Assigned (Non-Roll-In) Subjects. Subjects randomized or assigned to PFA treatment will undergo percutaneous ablative pulmonary vein isolation (PVI) and left atrial posterior wall isolation (PWI) using the FARAWAVE™ PFA Catheter (first-line ablation cohort). Subjects randomized to AAD treatment will be prescribed and monitored in accordance with local clinical practice and already established guideline-directed therapy for patients with persistent atrial fibrillation (AF). In the case of clinical inefficacy, the AAD dose will be up-titrated to the maximum tolerated dose. Thereafter, a change to a second or to a third AAD should be undertaken, insofar as the subject remains within the blanking period, with the goal to completely suppress AF episodes ≥ 30 seconds in duration. If AAD treatment is proven to be ineffective or intolerable outside of the blanking period, subjects can undergo subsequent ablation therapy and be considered part of the "delayed ablation cohort".

A Study of Vedolizumab With Tofacitinib in Adults With Ulcerative Colitis (UC)
The drugs being tested in this study are called Vedolizumab and Tofacitinib. Vedolizumab and Tofacitinib dual targeted therapy is being tested to treat people with moderate to severe ulcerative colitis (UC) who have experienced inadequate response, loss of response or intolerance to no more than 2 prior tumor necrosis factor (TNF) antagonists. This study will look at the clinical remission in people who take Vedolizumab and Tofacitinib dual targeted therapy. The study will enroll approximately 65 patients. All the participants will be enrolled in a single treatment group to receive dual targeted treatment with Vedolizumab and Tofacitinib for the first 8 weeks: Vedolizumab 300 mg + Tofacitinib 10 mg Only those participants who show a clinical response at Week 8 will transition to Vedolizumab monotherapy for 44 weeks. This multi-center trial will be conducted in the United States and Canada. The overall duration of the study is up to 76 weeks. Participants will be followed up for 26 weeks after the last dose of the study drug for safety.

Endovascular AAA Intervention Using the GORE® EXCLUDER® Conformable AAA Endoprosthesis or Iliac Branch Endoprosthesis
The purpose of the Gore Together Aortic Registry is to collect real-world data (RWD) for Gore aortic endovascular devices. Due to the nature of the program, patient selection, diagnostic imaging, and treatment interventions will be determined by physicians based on standard clinical practice. Therefore, the Sponsor will not be outlining requirements that would influence healthcare decisions. Participants will be asked to return for regular scheduled visits as requested by their surgeon. Patients will report any issues they may have regarding the device or surgery to their surgeon/doctor.

Device Global Registry for the IlluminOss Bone Stabilization System
This is a registry database which will collect patient data as part of a physician's standard of care. Medical data will be collected on patients via questionnaires in either web based or paper forms. Both prospective and retrospective data will be entered into the database. Data collection will begin during the initial visit to the clinic. Demographic, surgical, hospital discharge, and adverse event data will be collected as well as patient reported outcomes including the PROMIS physical function, Visual Analog Pain Score (VAS), and Veterans Rand 12 (VR 12) surveys. Patients will be asked to complete these surveys at the pre-operative and post operative visits at 75 days, 6 months, and 12 months.
