A Study to Assess the Effect of Dexpramipexole in Participants With Severe Eosinophilic Asthma.
This is a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo controlled, parallel group study designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of dexpramipexole in participants with severe, inadequately controlled asthma with eosinophilic phenotype on medium to high-dose inhaled corticosteroids (ICS )and at least one additional asthma controller medication with or without oral corticosteroids (OCS). Approximately 1400 participants will be randomized globally. Participants will receive dexpramipexole, or placebo, administered orally, over a 52-week treatment period. The study also includes a post-treatment follow-up period of 4 weeks.

A Study Comparing Abelacimab to Apixaban in the Treatment of Cancer-associated VTE
Cancer associated thrombosis (CAT) is a severe medical condition which is characterized by high incidence of Venous thromboembolism (VTE) recurrence and high risk for bleeding. The two most common treatments today are low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) and direct anticoagulants (DOACs), in which each has limitations. DOACs are administered orally and are seen as a more convenient alternative though associated with bleeding risk; further, some cancer patients have difficulty swallowing or develop vomiting which leads to unpredictable pharmacodynamic effects with oral therapy. The ANT-007 study will compare treatment with abelacimab monthly administration to apixaban twice daily administration over a 6-month treatment. The study outcomes include VTE recurrence, bleeding event and treatment discontinuation at 6 months

A Phase 2/3 Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Tinlarebant in Subjects with Stargardt Disease
This study will be comprised of a Phase 1b part conducted in Japan and a Phase 2/3 part. The Phase 1b part of the study will be open-label and will evaluate the pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PD), safety, and tolerability of daily doses of 5 mg tinlarebant, administered for 7 days, in Japanese subjects with Stargardt Disease (STGD1). The Phase 2/3 part of the study will be randomized, double masked, and placebo controlled to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of daily doses of 5 mg tinlarebant, administered for 24 months, in subjects with STGD1.

Evaluation of Gadopiclenol for Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) in Japanese Adults and Children
Adult cohort: The trial includes a maximum of 5 visits and the record of patient's diagnosis as standard of truth: - One screening visit (V1) up to 7 days prior to the imaging visit (V2) (V1 can be done on the same day as V2 if all the inclusion/non-inclusion criteria are met). - Two sequential imaging visits (V2 and V4, minimum interval 2 days and up to 14 days): each visit will consist of gadopiclenol injection or comparator injection and MRI procedure. - Two safety visits (V3 and V5): 1 day after each injection and MRI examination. Pediatric cohort: The inclusions will be divided into 4 age groups: patients from birth to 23 months of age inclusive, patients from 2 to 6 years, patients from 7 to 11 years and patients from 12 to 17 years. The recruitment in the 3 older groups of pediatric patients can be conducted in parallel with adult patients' enrolment. The decision to start the inclusion in the group of patients aged from birth to 23 months will be taken by the Trial Safety Review Board (TSRB). The trial includes a maximum of 3 visits and the record of patient's diagnosis as standard of truth: - One screening visit (V1) up to 7 days prior to the imaging visit (V2) (V1 can be done on the same day as V2 if all the inclusion/non-inclusion criteria are met). - One imaging visit (V2): will consist of gadopiclenol injection and MRI procedure. - pharmacokinetics (PK) group: Blood sampling for PK will start after gadopiclenol injection according to defined blood sampling schedule and will take up to 8 hours. - One safety visit (V3): 1 day after gadopiclenol injection and MRI examination. All Patients: Images will be assessed off-site in a centralized manner. Pediatric group : 24 patients of the pediatric cohort will be included in gadopiclenol PK profile assessment. The approach implemented for pharmacokinetics (PK) analyses allows sparse blood sampling only and is selected to minimize the clinical burden to children. All cohorts : During the trial, the safety of the patients will be monitored and assessed based on the reporting of adverse events (AEs), including vital signs, ECG for pediatric patients and clinical laboratory parameters (blood samples).

Savolitinib Plus Osimertinib Versus Platinum-based Doublet Chemotherapy in Participants With Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Who Have Progressed on Osimertinib Treatment
This is a multicentre, Phase III, randomised, open-label study to investigate the efficacy and safety of savolitinib administered orally in combination with osimertinib versus platinum-based doublet chemotherapy in participants with EGFR mutated, MET-overexpressed and/or amplified, locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC who have progressed on first- or second-line treatment with osimertinib as the most recent therapy. Approximately 324 participants with EGFR mutated, MET-overexpressed and/or amplified, locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC will be randomly assigned to study intervention with 1:1 ratio. Patients will be treated until either objective progression of disease (PD) by Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumours 1.1 (RECIST 1.1) is assessed by the investigator, unacceptable toxicity occurs, consent is withdrawn, or another discontinuation criterion is met.

The ABC-HCC Trial: Atezolizumab Plus Bevacizumab vs. Transarterial Chemoembolization (TACE) in Intermediate-stage HepatoCellular Carcinoma
The main purpose of this phase IIIb study is to test the efficacy and safety of atezolizumab in combination with bevacizumab compared to TACE in patients with intermediate stage liver cancer. Primary efficacy objective is to assess the efficacy of atezolizumab in combination with bevacizumab compared to TACE in patients with intermediate stage liver cancer. The secondary efficacy objective is to further characterize the responses obtained with the respective therapeutic strategy and to assess the impact of each therapeutic strategy on liver function over time. Furthermore the objective is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of each therapeutic strategy and their respective impact on Quality of Life and to identify prognostic and predictive angiogenic and immune related biomarkers (tissue and circulating) for study endpoints. This is a Phase IIIb, randomised, multicenter, open-label study. Approximately 434 patients suffering from intermediate-stage hepatocellular carcinoma will be enrolled in this trial. Patients will be recruited from up to 60 sites in 10 different countries.

Immediate Necrosectomy vs. Step-up Approach for Walled-off Necrosis
Pancreatic fluid collection is a late complication of severe acute pancreatitis. According to the revised Atlanta classification, walled-off necrosis (WON) is defined as an encapsulated collection of necrotic tissue that is observed after four weeks of the onset of acute pancreatitis. Infected WON is associated with high morbidity and mortality; therefore, an appropriate treatment, including antibiotics and drainage, is mandatory. With the development of endoscopic equipment, endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS)-guided drainage has become a first-line treatment modality for infected WON. For patients who are refractory to EUS-guided drainage, endoscopic necrosectomy (EN) is a treatment option to facilitate direct removal of infected necrotic tissue within the WON. However, due to potentially lethal adverse events of EN, such as bleeding, perforation, and peritonitis, EN is usually withheld for several days after EUS-guided drainage. This strategy is known as "the step-up approach." Recently, with the accumulated evidence supporting the safety of EN, especially with the use of a dedicated lumen-apposing metal stent, it has been reported that EN immediately after EUS-guided drainage can shorten the treatment duration without increasing adverse events. Given these lines of evidence, the investigators hypothesized that immediate EN following EUS-guided drainage of WON might shorten time to clinical success compared to the step-up approach. To examine this hypothesis, the investigators planned to conduct a multicenter randomized controlled trial comparing treatment duration between EN immediately after EUS-guided drainage versus the step-up approach in patients with symptomatic WON.
