PROVIDENCE - Prospective Non-interventional Study (NIS) to Examine Patient-reported Outcomes and Real-world Clinical Data in Patients With HER2-positive or HER2-low Unresectable or Metastatic Breast Cancer Treated With Trastuzumab Deruxtecan
Eligible participants will be those patients with documented HER2-positive unresectable or metastatic BC receiving T-DXd treatment or patients with documented HER2-low unresectable or metastatic BC receiving T DXd treatment in line with the applicable summary of product characteristics (SmPC) within routine clinical practice. All diagnostic and treatment procedures including visit frequency are at the discretion of the treating physician and not defined by the protocol. T-DXd treatment is considered as a selection criteria. Patients will be informed about use of digital healthcare application (DiGA). Approximately 800 eligible participants will be enrolled which includes 400 patients in the HER2-positive cohort and 400 patients in the HER2-low cohort.

Interfant-21 Treatment Protocol for Infants Under 1 Year with KMT2A-rearranged ALL or Mixed Phenotype Acute Leukemia
All infants that are eligible for this study and for whom the parents/legal representatives give informed consent will be enrolled in this study. All patients will receive one cycle of blinatumomab on top of the standard treatment backbone after induction therapy. Medium risk patients, that respond well to the 1st cycle will be treated with a 2nd cycle of blinatumomab replacing one chemo course after consolidation therapy. If they do not respond well enough they will be treated according to the current treatment standard. Minimal residual disease will be used to determine the response to blinatumomab. High risk patients will be eligible for allogeneic stem cell transplantation after the first blinatumomab cycle if they are Minimal Residual Disease (MRD) negative (defined as < 0.01%). Also medium risk patients with insufficient MRD response after induction or after the 1st cycle of blinatumomab will be allocated to high risk treatment and will be eligible for allogeneic stem cell transplantation.

Pulmonary Vascular Dysfunction as a Cause of Persistent Exertional Dyspnea After Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19)
The aim is to identify pulmonary vascular disease in post/long-COVID-19 patients as a cause of dyspnea/exercise limitation and to differentiate it from other causes of dyspnea (muscular, left cardiac, psychological, deconditioning-related causes) by investigating ventilation-perfusion (V/Q) mismatch and (exercise-induced) pulmonary hypertension (PH) or right heart dysfunction.

Multidimensional Assessment of Infant, Parent and Staff Outcomes During a Family Centered Care Enhancement Project
Background: The therapeutic advances and progress in the care for preterm infants have enabled the regular survival of more and more immature infants. However, the high burden of lifelong sequelae following premature delivery constitutes an ongoing challenge and psychomotor disorders and neurobehavioral difficulties persist into adulthood. Regardless of premature delivery, parental mental health and a healthy parent-child relationship were identified as essential prerogatives for normal infant development. Family centered care (FCC) supports preterm infants and their families by respecting the particular developmental, social and emotional needs in the NICU. Due to the large variations in concepts and goals of different FCC initiatives, scientific data on the benefits of FCC for the infant and family outcome are sparse and its effects on the clinical team need to be elaborated. Methods: This prospective longitudinal single-center cohort study will enroll preterm infants with a gestational length of ≤32+0 weeks and/or a birth weight of ≤1500 g and their parents. After a baseline period, additional FCC elements will be introduced gradually every 6 months, covering staff training, parent education, psychosocial support for families, and last but not least, the neonatal intensive care unit environment. Recruitment will occur over a 5.5-year period, and outcomes will be tracked through periodic follow-up until 24 month of corrected age. Sample size calculation is based on corrected gestational age at discharge as the primary outcome. Secondary outcomes in infants include morbidities and treatment aspects of prematurity such as somatic growth, duration of ventilatory support, and psychomotor development. Parental outcomes relate to success of parenting education and skills, parent-family interaction, parental satisfaction, and mental health with particular emphasis on anxiety, depression, and stress. Staffing issues are addressed with special attention to the job satisfaction item. Quality improvement steps are monitored using the Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycle method, and outcome measures address the child, parent, and medical team as they are inextricably linked. Parallel data collection allows for the interrelationship between these three important research areas to be examined. Discussion: It is scientifically impossible to allocate improvements in outcome measures to individual enhancement steps of FCC that constitutes a continuous change in NICU culture and attitudes covering diverse areas of change. Therefore, our trial is designed to allocate childhood, parental and staff outcome measures during the stepwise changes introduced by a FCC intervention program. But even if no positive outcome measures can be confirmed, the successful execution of our standardized statistical process control method approach is suited to guide quality improvement in future studies in neonatology and beyond.

Oral Side Effects of COVID-19 Vaccine
The primary objective of this multicentre cross-sectional survey-based study is to estimate the prevalence of oral side effects of COVID-19 vaccine in the short term. The secondary objectives are: - to identify the risk factors of COVID-19 vaccine oral side effects in the short term. - to evaluate the relationship between oral side effects and other inflammatory side effects of COVID-19 vaccine in the short term. The target population is healthcare workers as they are identified among the priority groups of COVID-19 vaccine deployment plans in the EU/EEA and the UK. One more reason to select the healthcare workers among different groups of the population, their higher awareness about the possible vaccine-related oral side-effects so that more accurate and reliable results can be obtained. A self-administered questionnaire will be developed, and its content validity will be tested using a panel of experts. The test re-test reliability of the questionnaire will be tested by 30 volunteers (10 Czech, 10 Turkish, 10 German) to achieve at least a Cronbach's alpha of 0.70. The questionnaire will be available in five languages; Czech, English, German, Slovak and Turkish. Dual forward translation and expert panels will produce equivalent Czech, German, Slovak and Turkish versions of the questionnaire. The questionnaire will be composed of multiple-choice items divided into four main categories; a) demographic data including gender, age, location of practice, profession, and experience, b) medical anamnesis including medical comorbidities, medications, and recent oral symptoms, c) COVID-19 related anamnesis including vaccination date, previous infection, and exposure to infected cases, and d) vaccine side effects including inflammatory symptoms, cutaneous symptoms, and oral symptoms. JNJ-90301900 (NBTXR3) Activated by Radiotherapy With or Without Cetuximab in LA-HNSCC
Participants will undergo a screening assessment over a period of less than or equal to (<=) 28 days to determine eligibility. Eligible participants will be treated by the Investigator's choice of RT alone or RT in combination with cetuximab. Following the Investigator's choice, participants will be randomized in a 1:1 ratio: - Arm A: JNJ-90301900 (NBTXR3), as an intratumoral/intranodal injection, activated by investigator's choice of RT alone or RT in combination with cetuximab - Arm B: Investigator's choice of RT alone or RT in combination with cetuximab All participants (Arm A and Arm B) will receive 70 Gy in 35 fractions over a 7 week period. An EOT visit will be performed 4 weeks after the completion of RT. Follow-up visits will start at 12 weeks post-RT completion, and will continue every 12 weeks for 2 years, and then every 24 weeks thereafter until death; the participant is determined to be lost to follow up; withdrawal of consent; or the end of the study, whichever occurs first. Participants who have received further anti-cancer therapy for the study disease and/or have had disease progression/recurrence will be followed only for survival information

COVID-19 Vaccines Safety Tracking (CoVaST)
Introduction: COVID-19 vaccines are the foremost asset to overcome the ongoing pandemic; therefore, mass vaccination has become a high priority for the world's governments. While vaccination strategies need to be accelerated to minimise daily fatalities and relieve the pandemic's economic burdens, vaccine hesitancy (VH) remains a serious challenge for these efforts. VH refers to "delay in acceptance or refusal of vaccines despite availability of vaccine services",; and it is an emerging public health challenge nourished by misinformation related to vaccines effectiveness and safety. Aversion to vaccines' potential side effects is the most frequent cause of VH among population groups. Therefore, a recent systematic review revealed that raising public awareness of vaccines' effectiveness and side effects is vital for improving vaccine uptake. Public health systems globally experience a novel and unique challenge due to the variety of vaccines manufacturers and the high levels of public awareness about those manufacturers and their marketing strategies. This unprecedented situation is predicted to create what we can refer to as "vaccine selectivity, " increasing the pressure on our weakened health systems and economies and increasing vaccine hesitancy levels. Independent (non-sponsored) studies with rigorous methods can perfectly lead the pharmacovigilance efforts of COVID-19 vaccines globally. Given their independent nature and transparent design, these studies can play a key role in suppressing vaccine hesitancy levels by enhancing public confidence in vaccines. Design This project comprises two phases; a) a cross-sectional survey for the short-term side effects of COVID-19 vaccines; b) a prospective cohort study for the long-term safety of COVID-19 vaccines. Phase A: A validated self-administered questionnaire will be developed and delivered online to the target population groups (HCW, OA & ST). The questionnaire will be inquiring about the short-term side effects that emerged within 30 days following the vaccine shot (either the first or the second dose). The side effects will be classified as local or systemic, and their onset, duration, and intensity will be self-assessed and self-reported by the respondents. This phase is proposed to take place until December 31st, 2021. Phase B: A validated self-administered questionnaire will be developed and delivered online to the volunteers who participated in Phase A and expressed their interest to report their long-term side effects. In this phase, the vaccine effectiveness and side effects will be evaluated after booster doses. Phase B will take place for five consecutive years starting from 2022.
