A Phase 2, Open-Label, Monotherapy, Multicenter Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of INCB054828 in Subjects With Myeloid/Lymphoid Neoplasms With FGFR1 Rearrangement
* All potential subjects must have documentation of an 8p11 translocation known to activate FGFR1 through the site's own cytogenetics laboratory. * Once documentation has been provided, the subject will then undergo screening to meet the rest of the inclusion/exclusion criteria. * Once a subject has completed screening and has enrolled into the study, treatment will start on Cycle 1 Day 1. * Subjects will undergo regular safety assessments during treatment as well as regular efficacy assessments. * Subjects will be allowed to continue administration in 21-day cycles until loss of benefit from therapy or unacceptable toxicity is reported.

Study to evaluate HZN-825 in patients with Diffuse Cutaneous Systemic Sclerosis (dcSSc)
This is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, repeat-dose, multicenter trial for HZN-825, a selective antagonist of lysophosphatidic acid receptor-1 (LPAR1). Participants will be screened within 4 weeks prior to the Baseline (Day 1) Visit. Approximately 300 participants who meet the trial eligibility criteria will be randomized on Day 1 in a 1:1:1 ratio to receive HZN-825 300 mg QD, HZN-825 300 mg BID or placebo for 52 weeks. Participants will take their first dose of trial drug at the clinic and will return to the clinic for trial visits at Week 4 and every 6 weeks thereafter until Week 52. Participants who complete the Double-blind Treatment Period (Week 52) may be eligible to enter a 52-week extension trial (HZNP- HZN-825-302). Participants not entering the extension will return to the clinic for a Safety Follow-up Visit 4 weeks after the last dose of trial drug.

Long-term Safety and Efficacy of Odevixibat in Patients With Alagille Syndrome
This Phase 3, open-label, multi-center extension study will have two groups of participants: Cohort 1 (participants who participated in Study A4250-012 [NCT04674761; ASSERT] and meet the entry criteria for this study) and Cohort 2 (infants under 12 months of age) with ALGS. The study will consist of 2 or 3 periods: 1. A 'Treatment period' of 72 weeks (cohort 1) or 12 weeks (cohort 2). Participants will visit the clinic every 4 to 12 weeks and will receive a dose of 120 μg/kg odevixibat daily. 2. An 'Optional extension period' where participants who wish to continue receiving odevixibat after the 'treatment period' will have the opportunity to remain on treatment with visits every 16 weeks until the drug is commercially available. The optional extension is available provided continued use is supported by the risk-benefit profile, the participant has not been previously withdrawn or discontinued from the study, and the study is not terminated by the Sponsor. 3. A 'Safety follow-up period' of 4 weeks (cohort 1) or 2 weeks (cohort 2). The Safety Follow-up Period will not occur for those who remain on treatment in the optional extension period. Participants will need to complete an e-diary and questionnaires throughout the study (cohort 1 only). Participants will undergo blood samplings, urine collections (cohort 1 only), physical examinations, and clinical evaluations. They may continue some other medications, but the details need to be recorded.

Safety and Efficacy of RVU120 for Treatment of Relapsed/Refractory AML
Patients entering the study will undergo a Screening Period of up to 21 days, a Treatment Period where they will take the drug every other day (7 times in 13 days) in cycles of 21 days, an End of Treatment period (lasting approximately 30 days after last dose), and a 1-year Follow-up Period where participants will be contacted every 3 months for progression and survival status. In Part 1, patients with AML or HR-MDS will be enrolled. All patients will receive RVU120 until the patient meets eligibility for transplant, until there is disease progression or if there are signs of intolerance. A patient may withdraw from the study at any time at their own request or may be withdrawn at any time at the discretion of the Investigator. Depending on the outcome of part 1, part 2 may include patients with HR-MDS and AML irrespective of NPM1 mutation status.

A Phase 1/2 Study to Investigate CRB-701 in Solid Tumors
This is a three-part open-label, Phase 1/2 clinical trial designed to evaluate the safety, PK, and efficacy of CRB-701 in participants with advanced solid tumors expressing nectin-4. Part A will include solid tumor types known to express nectin-4. Dose escalation will be guided by the Bayesian optimal interval (BOIN) design to determine the MTD of CRB-701. Four (4) dose groups are pre-determined. Dose escalation/de-escalation decisions are made based on the occurrence of DLT. Part B will determine the RP2D of CRB-701 by evaluating two dose levels of CRB-701 by using a time-to-event Bayesian optimal Phase 2 (TOP) study design to optimize the dose of CRB-701 in one or more separate cohorts of participants with nectin-4-positive tumors. During Part C, the RP2D dose of CRB-701 will be evaluated in five planned expansion cohorts using Simon's optimal two-stage design.

Safety and Efficacy of MSC-EVs in the Prevention of BPD in Extremely Preterm Infants
Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia (BPD) is a chronic severe multifactorial respiratory disease that affects extremely premature infants and is the most common and severe consequence of preterm birth. BPD is associated with disrupted alveolarization and microvascular development, resulting in abnormal gas exchange and lung mechanics. BPD has a multifactorial aetiology, with pre-, peri-, and postnatal mechanisms causing inflammation and injury and resulting in the disruption of the lung's development with the insurgence of an aberrant repair mechanism. EXOB-001 consists of a population of EVs smaller than 0.22 μm in diameter, containing proteins and nucleic acids, enclosed in a double layer of phospholipids with integral and surface-bound proteins as the main components. EVs exert anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory activity by reducing the release of proinflammatory cytokines and reducing the recruitment of immune cells in the lung. Current evidence shows that EVs can modulate macrophage phenotype, and this is relevant for BPD, because of the role macrophages have in its pathogenesis. Two hundred sixty-five (265), 40 in phase 1 (to reach 36 evaluable subjects) + 225 in phase 2 (to reach 203 evaluable subjects), extremely preterm infants at risk of developing BPD with 23 weeks up to 28 (27 weeks+6 days) weeks of gestational age and birth weight between 500g and 1,500g and being endotracheally intubated between postnatal day 3 and day 10 receiving mechanical ventilation with FiO2 > 25%. Phase 1 will start with cohorts with a single administration starting with a low dose up to a high dose and thereafter start the escalation of cohorts with 3 administrations starting with a low dose up to a high dose. In the case of 3 endotracheal administrations, there will be a window of 24 hours between the administrations (the maximal duration of the treatment with EXOB-001 will be 48 hours). Phase 2 includes 2 groups with selected dosage levels and regimen of EXOB-001 based on phase 1 interim results. Subjects will be randomised (2:2:1) to receive either EXOB-001 or placebo (saline solution).

A Phase 2 Trial of ENV-101 in Patients With Lung Fibrosis (WHISTLE-PF Trial)
This trial is a 6-month, randomized, double-blind, controlled, dose-ranging trial of ENV-101 in adult patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF). Patients are allowed to continue treatment with approved standard of care (e.g., nintedanib, pirfenidone) during the trial. Patients will be randomized to one of 3 dose levels of ENV-101 or placebo at baseline. The objectives of this trial are to characterize the efficacy, antifibrotic activity, and safety of ENV-101 to select the Phase 3 dose of ENV-101.

Pilot Study on the Evaluation of the Functionality, Safety and Reliability of New Tripping Devices for Lower Limbs.
The protocol will involve both trans-tibial and trans-femoral amputation subjects, for a total duration of up to 5 sessions. Initially, the fall detection algorithm will be evaluated on trans-femoral and trans-tibial amputees performing the test while wearing their prosthesis. In a second step, the experimentally obtained prognostic markers of fall risk will be studied (i.e., using one or both of the perturbation platforms described below). The markers thus obtained are to be validated by comparison with markers already established in clinical practice or in the literature. Experimental platforms The platforms are composed of a mechanism to simulate and investigate the aid that the prosthetic system can provide in the event of a source of tripping and/or slipping.
