A Master Protocol Study (LY900028) of Multiple Intervention-Specific-Appendices (ISAs) in Participants With Chronic Pain
The chronic pain master protocol (CPMP) establishes entry criteria and includes DSA for osteoarthritis of the knee, chronic low back pain, and diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain. The DSA have specific study elements to appropriately define the target population and unique scales for assessment. Also, the master protocol governs ISAs that may start independently of other ISAs as interventions become available for clinical testing. Note: Results for all outcomes are posted in the intervention records. No need for duplication.

Elucidating TAAR-1, Dopamine, and Norepinephrine in Binge Eating Disorder Using Solriamfetol
Eligible subjects must have a diagnosis of BED according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5) criteria. Subjects will be randomized in a 1:1:1 ratio to receive solriamfetol (150 or 300 mg) or placebo, once daily for 12 weeks.

Effect of Naltrexone Hydrochloride ER and Bupropion Hydrochloride ER Combination (Contrave®/Mysimba®) on Major Adverse Cardiovascular Events (MACE)
This multi-center, prospective, randomized, pragmatic, double-blinded study has been designed to capture cardiovascular (CV) outcomes during the real-world use of NB after initial randomization. The aim of the study is to assess whether patients receiving treatment with NB are at an elevated risk of experiencing MACE compared with patients receiving placebo. Both patient groups will also be counselled to lose weight via a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity.

SURGE: Supporting UnderRepresented Minorities in Genomics-based Cancer Trial Enrollment (Intervention)
Supporting UnderRepresented populations in Genomics-based cancer trial Enrollment (SURGE) is a multimodal intervention to address medical literacy and unmet social determinants of health (SDoH) needs as barriers to tumor somatic genomic testing consent among historically underrepresented patients (HUP) diagnosed with advanced solid or hematologic malignancies as a prerequisite to precision therapies and/or clinical trial eligibility. Our key hypothesis is that video-based education with or without 1:1 patient navigation will address medical literacy and unmet SDoH barriers, supporting HUP decision-making about genomic tumor consent. We will conduct a type 1 hybrid implementation effectiveness study among a cohort of HUP seeking medical oncology care at two academic and two community practice sites.

Study of Lumateperone as Adjunctive Therapy in the Treatment of Patients With Major Depressive Disorder
The study will be conducted in three periods: - Screening Period (up to 2 weeks) during which patient eligibility will be assessed. - Double-blind Treatment Period (6 weeks) in which all patients will be randomized to receive placebo or lumateperone 42 mg/day in 1:1 ratio. - Safety Follow-up Period (1 week) in which all patients will return to the clinic for a safety follow-up visit approximately one week after the last dose of study treatment.

MFOLFIRINOX Versus MFOLFOX with or Without Nivolumab for the Treatment of Advanced, Unresectable, or Metastatic HER2 Negative Esophageal, Gastroesophageal Junction, and Gastric Adenocarcinoma
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: I. To determine if overall survival (OS) is improved in patients who received mFOLFIRINOX +/- nivolumab in comparison to FOLFOX +/- nivolumab as first-line chemotherapy for metastatic gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma. SECONDARY OBJECTIVES: I. To compare other indices of efficacy, including progression-free survival, objective response rates and duration of response between both treatment arms. II. To evaluate safety and tolerability associated with treatment in each of the treatment arms. III. To evaluate the proportion of patients receiving second line of therapy in both arms. IV. To evaluate tolerability of the treatment in both arms using Patient Reported Outcomes-Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events (PRO-CTCAE). EXPLORATORY OBJECTIVES: I. Exploratory correlative markers will also be measured and evaluated within and between arms to better assess mechanisms and prognostic impact of markers on impact. These will include baseline PD-L1 combined positive score (CPS) and cell free deoxyribonucleic acid (cfDNA) before and after treatment. II. To evaluate and assess the feasibility and compliance associated with not centrally collecting perceived attribution of protocol treatment to reported adverse events. OUTLINE: Patients are randomized to 1 of 2 arms. ARM I: Patients receive fluorouracil intravenously (IV), leucovorin calcium IV, oxaliplatin IV, and irinotecan IV on study and nivolumab IV as clinically indicated. Patients undergo magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and a computed tomography (CT) scan throughout the trial. Patients may also undergo blood sample collection on study. ARM II: Patients receive fluorouracil IV, leucovorin calcium IV, and oxaliplatin IV on study and nivolumab IV as clinically indicated. Patients undergo MRI and a CT scan throughout the trial. Patients may also undergo blood sample collection on study.
